The Job

  • Actively engage in the recruitment of prospective students by explaining the university's programmes, courses, and admission processes.
  • Guide students and their parents in selecting the right courses or programmes, based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and conversions through CRM, other communication channels.
  • Meet or exceed enrollment targets set by the institution, ensuring a steady flow of new students for each intake.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective students, alumni, and key stakeholders like schools and educational agents.
  • Identify and reach out to potential students through various channels.
  • Assist to organize and participate in promotional events such as open days, webinars, workshops, and information sessions to attract prospective students.
  • Work closely with marketing, admissions, and academic departments to align on communication strategies and ensure smooth admission processes.

The Person

  • A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or a related industry (e.g., recruitment, customer service).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles, digital marketing techniques, and educational market trends.
  • Sales and negotiation skills, customer service orientation.
