ASSISTANT OPERATION MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree from a recognized university in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Expertise in regulatory guidelines related to the logistics and supply chain industry in Sri Lanka.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Proven ability to manage operational tasks, monitor daily KPIs, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational roles.
- Experience in assisting senior management with operational planning, team coordination, and process improvements.
