Senior Operation Manager
Your Role will involve
- Lead the department and drive growth across MRF, Plastic, e-Waste, Marine, and Polythene projects, aligning with company vision and sustainability goals.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and business models while strengthening local and international stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and senior management to align departmental goals and enhance internal communication.
- Achieve operational targets through workflow optimization, cost-effective solutions, and service improvement.
- Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, maximize ROI, and ensure financial efficiency across all initiatives.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, implement training and succession plans, and foster an ethical, collaborative culture.
- Lead ESG and CSR initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage licensing and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ chemical and process/ Environmental Science/ Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of leadership experience in business development, operations, or sustainability sectors.
- Strong understanding of waste management, circular economy, and environmental compliance.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively.
- Solid financial skills in budgeting, KPI tracking, and ROI evaluation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with ESG practices, sustainability reporting, and national environmental targets.
- Proficient in CRM, project management, and reporting tools.
