Senior Executive – Facility Management
Job Role:
- Lead preventive/corrective maintenance for AC, electrical, plumbing, fire, and lighting systems.
- Monitor energy usage, propose savings initiatives, and implement load optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on branch facility development projects.
- Prepare and modify layout drawings; manage office rearrangements and fit outs.
- Maintain and upgrade security systems, access controls, and surveillance coverage.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, conduct drills, and drive awareness campaigns.
- Support broader facility and admin responsibilities as required by the management.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- Degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility operations and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of building services: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and safety.
- Experience in space planning, vendor coordination, and project supervision.
- Familiarity with energy monitoring tools and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple priorities across locations.
