BUSINESS ANALYST

Duties
- Analyze operational data, budgets, sales results and forecasts to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Production, Quality, Procurement, and Engineering to understand and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
- Prepare business cases and ROI analyses for proposed operational changes or technology investments.
- Monitor manufacturing performance metrics and recommend corrective actions.
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.
- Implementing and testing of solutions.
- Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
Candidate's Profile
- Candidates age below 35, preferably residing in Gampaha District.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in business finance or relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Navision.
- Data fluency – Strong experience with data analysis, interpretation, presentation & delivery.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
