Sample and Bulk Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of new samples with the sample room team.
- Work closely with designers, merchandisers, and buyers to ensure timely delivery of samples.
- Maintain sample TNA trackers, production tools and ensure sample status is updated.
- Liaise with production and quality teams for fit and construction feedback.
- Follow up on raw material and trim availability for sample development.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile or Apparel Technology.
- 3 years of experience in a Sample and Bulk related field.
- Skilled in communicating effectively with both internal and external clients.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric types.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and apparel ERP systems.
