Technical Officer
JOB PROFILE
- Attend on-site breakdowns and perform routine maintenance.
- Escalate repair issues for timely resolution.
- Assist in installations and prepare necessary documentation.
- Maintain ISO records and customer satisfaction.
- Perform preventive maintenance and build good client relationships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- G.C.E. O/L minimum, A/L preferred (especially A/L TEC students).
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Mechatronics/electronics/networking qualifications an advantage.
- Experience with Canon machines, printers & solutions preferred.
- Fluent in Sinhala & English.
- Ability to work under pressure and on-site.
