YELO is a leading distribution company with operations in the key regions of Ratnapura, Pelmadulla, and Horana. We are currently seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to manage and streamline operations at our Horana Location, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Duties Responsibilities
- Drive and Lead Sales Objectives – Drive optimal sales performance by consistently meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue and profit growth.
- Vehicle Management: Oversee the transportation schedule to ensure timely deliveries and operations for the company requirement. Plan and optimize routes to improve delivery efficiency.
- Credit Management: Monitor payment settlements and ensure the timely recovery of outstanding bills.
- Delivery Coordination: Maintain close coordination with the USL customer service team regarding delivery schedules, unloading windows, and quality standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction from the warehouse to end-user, delivering excellent service before, during, and after transactions. Minimize and effectively handle customer complaints. Conduct customer visits to maintain good relationships.
- Managing overall administration of the sales and distribution area.
- Analysis market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies.
- Supervise below daily operation:
- Timely Banking of Daily Collections
- Sales and Sales Return Reconciliation
- Goods Movement Reconciliation
- Cash and Cheque Collection Verification
- Credit Collection Monitoring
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum Three years and above working experience in warehouse/logistics/supply chain roles in a similar capacity and FMCG distribution industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Living in proximity to Horana City.
- Age between 30-45 years.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive the team to meet the reporting deadline.
