POSITION AVAILABLE: TECHNICAL OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring the work of contractors, ensuring adherence to contracts, and reporting progress to management
- Providing technical assistance to construction teams, troubleshooting issues, and interpreting blueprints
- Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during construction.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Site Engineer and Group Civil Engineer of Maliban
- Enforcing quality control measures to ensure projects meet standards
- Enforcing safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring compliance with regulations
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
- G.C.E.(A/L) in Mathematics or in a related field
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- A Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering or a Diploma with minimum 2 years experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Civil construction with experience in Steel building erection.
- Experience in Factory building and Road construction will be an added advantage.
