1. Front Office Supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Calm and professional when handling guest queries or complaints
  • Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems or hotel management software is a plus

2. Accountant

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in local tax laws and financial regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak financial periods (e.g. fiscal year-end, tax season)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
