1. Front Office Supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Calm and professional when handling guest queries or complaints
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with administrative procedures
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems or hotel management software is a plus
2. Accountant
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in local tax laws and financial regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak financial periods (e.g. fiscal year-end, tax season)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
