Position Overview
The Executive Sales and Marketing position is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and cultivating relationships that contribute to the overall success of Aporta Villas. We are looking for a visionary leader with strategic insight and innovative ideas to elevate our brand to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Lead marketing campaigns to promote Aporta Villas as a premier luxury destination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strategize brand positioning and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
- Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and sales activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality or luxury industries.
- Strong understanding of the Sri Lankan (especially east coast of Sri Lanka) and international leisure market, tourism trends, and travel distribution networks.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms will be an added advantage.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Very good communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil would be an added advantage).
