QUANTITY SURVEYOR
KNM is one of the leading Interior Manufacturing Companies Located in Ragama. We handle end to end Interior Projects both residential and corporate and we are one of the foremost in the field in innovation.
Looking for an energetic and outgoing individual with an eye for details and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Make sub contractor bills and handle daily payments.
- Make BOM' as per the drawings.
- Collaborate with Stores officers and Supervisors to maintain smooth running of the operation.
- Make costing reports at the end of each project.
Requirements
- Below 40 years of age.
- NVQ Level 4 or Higher educational qualification. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field such as Interior Fitout or Furniture Manufacturing.
- Outgoing and enterprising personality with good organizational skills.
- Ability to handle and organize multiple tasks under pressure.
