IMMEDIATE RECRUITMENT FOR SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYORS / QUANTITY SURVEYORS

The Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor will hold the following responsibilities and duties:
- Develop cost plans to support project budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for accurate project costing.
- Create cost estimates / Pre pre-tender estimate, BOQs, and tender documents for construction and renovation projects.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate renovation work requirements.
- Analyze project costs, monitor budgets, and manage expenditure control.
- Apply value engineering principles and coordinate with the design team to optimize project outcomes.
- Attend client meetings, respond to queries, and provide professional cost advice.
- Evaluate tenders and prepare tender reports for contractor selection.
- Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, variations, and monthly cost reports for clients.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve cost efficiencies.
Requirements
- Qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited internationally recognized institution or equality university or technical colleges.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
- Excellent post contract experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Able to act on own initiative and proactive way.
