BANQUET WAITER
Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible in the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
- Assist the Banquet Manager and Supervisor in all Banquet operations.
- Respond to all food and beverage orders.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
- Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations.
- Maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
- Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.
Candidate profile:
- Experience in Banquets is a must.
- Good verbal communication in English.
- Good knowledge in Banquets.
