We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Tour Consultant to join our team. If you're a travel lover with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for creating personalised journeys, this could be your next adventure. You will play a key role in shaping unforgettable travel experiences for our clients, from the first consultation to their return flight home.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Understand each client’s travel goals, style, and budget, offering them expert suggestions on destinations and packages.
- Itinerary Creation: Craft unique, experience-rich itineraries tailored to clients' preferences and travel dreams.
- Booking & Coordination: Oversee every detail of the reservation process, from hotels, tours, and local experiences.
- Customer Care: Deliver top-notch service throughout the journey, handling queries, changes, or special requests professionally.
- Trend Research: Stay informed about emerging travel trends and global destinations to offer our clients the most exciting options.
- Sales Support: Help promote and sell our curated packages, ensuring we meet targets while delivering outstanding experiences.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in travel consultation, sales, or advisory roles
- A degree or diploma in any field (Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields are a plus)
- Strong preference for female candidates
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with both clients and team members
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms and tools
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player
- A love for travel and a solid grasp of global destinations (extra points if you've been there!)
