Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet or event service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, event management software).
Knowledge of food and beverage service and event logistics.
Strong leadership, good communication, organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work extra hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
