Project Manager
Infoseek(Pvt) Ltd, is the creator of MintHRM, a cloud-based Human Resource Management Solution, serving high-end corporate clients locally and internationally.
The Job
- Lead project planning and execution: Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and ensure successful execution of software projects.
- Manage project scope and objectives: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources and teams: Assign tasks, manage resources, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress: Track project performance, manage changes, and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Risk management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related issues promptly.
Requirement & Experience
- Proven experience in project management: Minimum 3 years of experience managing software projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP or similar certification: Degree in project management or PMP certification.
