Position:
Training Manager
The Role:
Design, develop and implement an effective induction and training program (using multiple methods, including but not limited to lectures, role-playing, and hands-on activities).
Location:
Colombo
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and administer training sessions, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience for participants, and provide a clear understanding of the standards the company aspires to reach and adhere to.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments to improve outcomes and measure the impact of training programs.
- Work with the management to identify gaps in skills and knowledge for continuous training and development while keeping focus on elevating the guest experience.
- Ensure a trained pipeline of staff is available for plug-and-play, in line with the company’s day-to-day operational requirements.
Resource Management:
- Work with HR, department managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities and support career growth initiatives.
- Manage training budgets, materials, and resources, including working with internal employees and external vendors.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
