What you’ll be doing...

  • Designing, implementing and coordinating training programs tailored to the needs of all employees
  • Gathering feedback from employees and management to continuously improve training initiatives
  • Preparing reports and presentations on training outcomes and recommendations for improvement
  • Working closely with sales & field sales employees located in any part of the Country in delivering trainings and conducting evaluations
  • Assist in HOHR in developing and execution of performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect roles, responsibilities and required competencies

What we are looking for...

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ HND in Training & Development
  • 3+ years experience in Training & Development preferably in alco-bev/manufacturing industry
  • Excellent written, oral skills in English & Sinhala
  • Excellent presentation, coaching and team development skills
  • Updated with industry trends and best practices in training, coaching and development
  • Ability to travel/work on any part of the country when necessary
