BUSINESS ANALYTICS MANAGER
Location - Colombo 02
Shift - 09.00 AM - 06.00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with appropriate Operations Unit Heads to determine optimal operating performance level
- Develop and maintain a central performance dashboard across units focusing on cost and efficiency
- Establish performance benchmarks aligned with operational targets and KPIs
- Gather and prepare data, including product financials, brand performance, and end-user behavior insights
- Analyze operational performance and recommend strategic initiatives to meet organizational goals
- Support leadership in strategy formulation based on data-driven insights
- Lead revenue and profitability forecasting, offering key inputs for decision-making
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant work experience
- 8–10 years of experience in data analytics roles
- Proficient in SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Periscope, Metabase)
- Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in accounting and finance
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience collaborating with senior management
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel, relocate, and work overseas as required
