Customer Experience Executive (F&B)
Purpose
The Customer Experience Executive plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience at our outlets located in Colombo, Sri Lanka. In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction, this position is also responsible for effectively managing and successfully organizing all special events held at the locations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the service orientation is done as per the SOPs at the outlets
- Maintain all inquiries and follow up on the leads for events
- Ensure all aspects of the customer requirements are met for the events
- Maintain professional work ethics and practices at all given times with all stakeholders
- Ensure the Quality Assurance aspect of the location by working with Chefs and the support staff
- Contribute to active overall sales targets for the location including event sales targets
- Communication with head office on any issues
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Food Service or Hospitality Management
- 1 - 2 years of related experience
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide top-notch customer service
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing demands and unexpected situations
- Teamwork and collaboration to collaboratively work with other staff members
