Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in expanding our merchant network, fostering strong relationships with existing partners, and ensuring seamless customer service for our Point-of-Sale (POS) merchants. The ideal candidate will be a result-driven individual with a passion for digital products and a solid understanding of the banking landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct cold calls to engage with our existing merchants.
- Follow up diligently with non-transacting customers to understand their needs, identify potential issues, and provide effective solutions to reactivate their accounts.
- Serve as the customer service contact for all POS merchants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of merchant satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all merchant interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex merchant issues.
Qualifications and Skills
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Fluency in Tamil will be a significant advantage.
- A strong understanding of digital products and the banking industry.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude to overcome challenges.
