Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and coordinate various departments, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient resource utilization.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies, ensuring alignment with Asiri Health’s goals.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, legal requirements, and healthcare regulations.
- Manage staff performance, training, and development to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
- Work closely with senior leadership to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Healthcare Management or a similar field will be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and hospital departments.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation in a healthcare environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and quality improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care and service delivery.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational management role, and a proven track record in hospital operation management is an added advantage.
