JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - CUSTOMER CARE RELATIONS
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Resolve issues by understanding problems, providing solutions, and following up
- Prepare reports by analyzing customer data
Requirements
- Higher diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil language would be an added advantage)
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
