RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCTION
- Lead and coordinate daily extrusion and downstream operations to meet quality, output, and delivery goals.
- Implement and adapt production schedules to align with demand.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and optimize resource use.
- Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
MAINTENANCE
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of all plant equipment and utilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults to minimize downtime.
- Maintain logs and documentation for equipment servicing and upgrades.
- Support engineering projects, new installations, and system upgrades.
- Liaise with contractors for specialized services and compliance tasks.
PROFILE
- Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years in manufacturing; aluminium or metal fabrication preferred.
- Strong in production engineering, mechanical systems, PLCs, and maintenance software.
- TPM, Lean, Six Sigma; ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001 familiarity.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
