We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support the company’s mission through strategic people management, compliance, and organizational development.

We are looking for you,

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field. Masters will be adding advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Professional Certification in HR (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, payroll, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, or export-oriented businesses preferred.
  • Proficient in HRIS or ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Navision is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • A commitment to ethical, sustainable, and people-centered business practices.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and values.
  • Support department heads with manpower planning, job structuring, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and international certifications such as Fairtrade, Organic, and ISO.
  • Drive training and development initiatives across departments.
  • Maintain and improve HRIS and employee data systems.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture grounded in collaboration, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee HR reporting, audits, and policy documentation.
  • Champion key HR projects including digitization, retention, and employee well-being.
