We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support the company’s mission through strategic people management, compliance, and organizational development.
We are looking for you,
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field. Masters will be adding advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Professional Certification in HR (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of employment law, payroll, and HR best practices.
- Experience in agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, or export-oriented businesses preferred.
- Proficient in HRIS or ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Navision is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- A commitment to ethical, sustainable, and people-centered business practices.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and values.
- Support department heads with manpower planning, job structuring, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and international certifications such as Fairtrade, Organic, and ISO.
- Drive training and development initiatives across departments.
- Maintain and improve HRIS and employee data systems.
- Foster a positive workplace culture grounded in collaboration, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee HR reporting, audits, and policy documentation.
- Champion key HR projects including digitization, retention, and employee well-being.
