Regional Distribution Manager

Are you a results-driven leader with a strong command of route-to-market operations and channel strategy?

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Distribution Manager to lead and optimize our distribution network, ensuring seamless product availability and trade execution across the assigned region.

  • Develop and execute regional distribution strategies to ensure product availability at distributor & trade.
  • Appoint, manage, and evaluate performance of regional distributors.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order cycles, and ensure efficient supply chain flow and collections from distributors.
  • Make sure the right order level on each order day to ensure the right level of stocks available on each SKU.
  • Optimize cost-to-serve by improving logistics and distribution efficiency.
  • Implement distributor development plans and capability building initiatives.
  • Drive distributor compliance with sales, coverage, and operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate with logistics, demand planning, and finance for seamless execution.
  • Resolve channel conflicts and improve customer service levels by having the right RTM model.
  • Provide visibility on regional performance through regular reporting and analytics.

Who We Want

  • The Person Possess a degree in a related field or be part/fully qualified in CIM or SLIM.
  • Minimum 7-8 years’ overall experience in Sales.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
