CNC Operator/Tecnician
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines.
- Technical Skills: CNC programs using Fusion 360 CAM, interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to produce high-precision components.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure components meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering teams to improve machining processes and resolve technical issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience operating CNC milling machines, preferably 5-axis.
- Education: Certificate qualification in Machining (NVQ Level 4) from NAITA, CGTTI, ATI, or a recognized technical institute.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of 5-axis / 3-axis milling operations.
- Proficiency in Fusion 360 CAM and SolidWorks.
- Ability to create and interpret CNC programs.
- Language Skills: Good command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility: Available to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Age: Below 45 years.
