Business Development Manager – Tender Business (Medical Sector)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth and sustainability of our tender business within the medical sector, with a primary focus on the national and private healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance both tender submission and success rates by ensuring no disqualifications arise from non-compliance or incomplete submissions.
  • Establish and nurture robust networks with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to position our product portfolio effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Regulatory) to ensure compliance and the timely delivery of proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on tenders in the medical or healthcare sector.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare procurement systems and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of securing and managing large-scale tenders.
