PRODUCTION MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee daily production operations to ensure Sales & Marketing department requirements.
- Implement and maintain production schedules.
- Optimize production process for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Lead and manage the production team.
- Ensure compliance with Local, Food Safety, Health and environment regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor production data and address issues promptly.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / Professional Qualification in Food Production, Food Technology, Production Management / Agriculture and related field.
- Minimum 3 years in Chicken Processing Sector or 5 years in FMCG sector with the capacity of Production Manager.
- Knowledge of FSSC, ISO 22000, HACCP and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
