Hotel Manager – Sesaya, Rajagiriya
Sesaya is Colombo’s first-ever poshtel — a unique blend of hostel, co-working space, and bistro — designed to bring balance across work, rest, and play. Located in Rajagiriya, we offer a modern, community-focused lifestyle experience.
We are looking for a young, dynamic, and driven Hotel Manager to lead our operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality, business strategy and sales with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and cultivating a vibrant community.
An essential requirement for this role is for an individual with a background in sales.
Your Profile:
- Age between 30 - 40.
- 5 - 7 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven expertise in sales.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire, guide, and grow a performance-driven team.
- Hands-on experience managing operations, budgets, and guest satisfaction.
