WE ARE LOOKING FOR
EXECUTIVE – MERCHANDISING & SUPPLY PLANNING
We are on the lookout for dynamic and energetic individuals to join the amanté Supply Chain team as Executive – Merchandising & Supply Planning. The ideal candidates will gain a wholesome experience in Sourcing & Supply Chain and be provided an opportunity to learn from a highly competent and efficient team where peers and senior leaders will help develop your skills and competencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and manage planning tool to generate POs for timely market support
- Oversee ERP system (assortments, uploads, PO generation)
- Analyze inventory, forecast capacity, and coordinate with vendors for smooth production and on-time delivery (DIFOT)
- Prepare and update reports/systems to support market needs and decision-making
- Attend weekly WIP meetings to resolve production/technical issues and update markets
- Monitor actual vs planned capacity and communicate deviations to markets
- Handle additional duties as assigned by management
- Manage inventory pool across locations; coordinate with markets for inventory pull
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Degree or certificate in Logistics Management/ Data Analytics
- Excellent written and communication skills in both Sinhala and English
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience
- Decision making capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure to meet work demands
