Sales and Support Executive (Remote)
Are you interested in enhancing your income through home- based work on flexi time?
We are looking for a team member to follow up on inquiries we receive for our training courses in English, communication and soft skills.
The ideal candidate should be:
- Fluent in English and Sinhala or Tamil. Fluency in all three languages will be an advantage.
- An initiator, with an outgoing personality and positive attitude.
- Self-disciplined and ability to manage and follow up effectively on inquiries on a daily basis and translate them to sales.
- Ability to document and track progress on follow up on Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent public relations with skills in telephone etiquette and pleasant voice on telephone.
You will be paid an attractive commission for all sales finalized.
