TECHNICAL SUPPORT TRAINEE

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
  • Document and track support requests using the company's ticketing system.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • Completed GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent.
  • Diploma or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems.
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
