TECHNICAL SUPPORT TRAINEE

Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
- Document and track support requests using the company's ticketing system.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Completed GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent.
- Diploma or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
