CHIEF ENGINEER
Prerequisites:
- Age between 30 to 55 years.
- NDT, HNDT or equal diploma level in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering / Civil.
- Possess a minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel.
- Should have sound knowledge in hotel maintenance operations and willingness to work in a challenging environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and other Heads of Department.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Manage project timelines / budget and resources effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends/ budget practices to enhance all projects in engineering.
- Conduct inspections, monitor progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
