IT ASSISTANT
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing and configuring software and hardware
- Setting up user accounts and workstations
- Troubleshooting technical issues & backup maintaining
- Manage email configuration and system access
- Comprehensive IT documentation & provide technical support to staff
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in IT (Network and Hardware) in recognized institute
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Good knowledge of networking, operating systems, computer hardware and CCTV
- Preference will be given to candidates living in proximity to Athurugiriya
