Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Hospitality and proven experience in housekeeping management in a star luxury Hotel.
- Pleasing personality. Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in foreign languages, English is a must.
Duties
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and guidelines.
- Manage and lead the housekeeping team to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
