Position:
Planning Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our planning division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing production schedules, coordinating workflow, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods while supporting production efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders.
- Translate master schedules into division-wise capacity and delivery plans.
- Coordinate engineering, R&D, manpower, and customer demand requirements.
- Prepare and design workflow plans aligned with production timelines.
- Report production performance and recommend improvements.
- Update ERP systems and maintain data accuracy.
- Provide timely and reliable reports for management decision-making.

Requirements:
- G.C.E. A/L in Science, Mathematics, or Commerce with a minimum of 3 passes.
- Age below 28 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong command of English and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
