Associate/Senior Data Analyst
We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Associate/Senior Data Analyst to lead data initiatives, enhance reporting, and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with the Tech team and senior leadership. Power BI expertise and a passion for driving continuous improvement through data insights are essential.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, with senior-level exposure.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
- Experience with data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
