We are a fast-growing, proudly Sri Lankan company specializing in high-quality spices and stationery products, and we're looking for a HORECA Manager to lead our B2B segment with energy, insight, and passion.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ recent experience as a HORECA Manager (FMCG/spices preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Excellent PR with HORECA clients, especially supply chain managers
- Proven ability to introduce and list new products quickly
- Academic qualifications (SLIM, CIM, diploma) are an added advantage
- Knowledge of market trends, B2B supply chains, and client management
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate a sales team are a plus
