Northern & Eastern Provinces
We are seeking young, dynamic and outgoing individuals to fill the above vacancies. This is a challenging position in the Managerial grade with high responsibility for steering, guiding and directing marketing staff of respective branches in the assigned regions towards achieving the new business targets.
We Want You To
- Guide and mentor marketing staff of the assigned region towards delivering new business KPIs.
- Provide inspirational Leadership to the team in motivating and empowering them to perform at their optimum capacity.
- Review, monitor and follow up on the performance of marketing staff in a timely manner.
- Promptly resolve issues of internal and external customers as and when required.
Candidates Profile
- Possess more than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record, preferably managing a large sales team - individuals who have experience in financial services and/or FMC industries are encouraged to apply.
- Possess excellent communication skills in Tamil, English and Sinhala - written and verbal.
- Have a Strong educational background and leadership skills to drive a team.
- Possess excellent computer literacy with knowledge of MS office package.
- Be able to travel extensively to branches assigned in the respective region.
- The job entails extensive travel and demands commitment to deliver set objectives.
