We’re seeking a Faculty Administrative Assistant who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the academic experience for both students and faculty. In this position, you’ll combine your organizational expertise with your passion for education to create a seamless, engaging environment that fosters both teaching excellence and student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the maestro behind the scenes: From scheduling meetings to preparing reports, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Collaborate with faculty: Work closely with our dedicated educators to integrate creative, student-centred strategies into the curriculum.
- Lead innovative activities: Design and implement dynamic learning experiences that capture students’ imaginations and boost classroom engagement.
- Ensure meticulous documentation: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all activities, reports, and initiatives.
- Support faculty research and special projects: Provide administrative support to help bring exciting educational initiatives to life.
What We’re Looking For:
- A diploma/degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an educational or administrative setting.
- Ages 25–35: We’re looking for someone who brings a blend of fresh energy and proven experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is eager to contribute to a positive, engaging academic culture.
