CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide timely & effective support to customers via phone/email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimations for customers based on their specific needs and requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare reports as per the superiors’ requirements.

Job Requirements

  • G.C.E. O/L with a related certificate level qualification.
  • Sound problem solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal communication skills (Sinhala/English).
  • Basic computer literacy including the MS Office package.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
