Tropical Asia Tours is a Destination Management Company in operation for over 15 years in the tourism industry. The company is a Privet Limited Liability registered in Sri Lanka with it’s head office located in Colombo - Sri Lanka and it’s overseas offices located in Poland, China, South Korea and Singapore.
This is an opportunity to be a part of a company that has mastered the art of hospitality and a team driven towards making a difference in the tourism industry. We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Assistant Manager / Senior Tour Executive.
The ideal candidate should
- Have minimum 5 years of independently managing inbound tours (costings, handling invoices, rate negotiations, price contracting with hoteliers / stakeholders, planning, handling and executing Inbound Tour Itineraries)
- Have a high proficiency in English and other languages such as Japanese, Korean, German will be an added advantage.
- Have the ability to work independently and think out of the box.
- Be creative and up to date with changing trends.
- Be good with numbers and tech savvy with knowledge in digital marketing, social media, SEO will be an added advantage.
- Be below 30 years of age.
