Job Specification:
- Qualifications: BSc Degree, HND, or NDT in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; prior experience in electrical panel board manufacturing or servicing is a definite advantage
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel to site locations as required
Job Description
- Manage service jobs and attend to electrical panel breakdowns
- Coordinate with the Procurement Department and Sales Team to ensure timely availability of materials and fulfillment of customer requirements
- Attend to site work for rectification or completion of incomplete panel installations
- Create commercial offers for annual service agreements, site modification jobs, and inspection charges
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
