Senior Executive Sales / Assistant Manager Sales
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in tourism or hospitality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to support strategic sales planning and execution.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of Sri Lanka's tourism industry; familiarity with sailing or maritime activities is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Support the building and nurturing of relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Help identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Analyze sales data to support the evaluation of effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and market insights to senior management.
