Now Hiring:
1. Purchasing / Store Assistant
Ensures smooth supply management and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory and place timely orders
- Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and track deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and stock
- Assist with forecasting, ordering, and issuing items
- Support store operations and liaise with departments
Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing/stores (hospitality experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Familiarity with inventory systems/POS
- Proficient in MS Excel and organized record-keeping
- Strong communication and time management skills
2. Cost Controller / Accounts Assistant
Support financial decisions and ensure accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Assist in budgeting and vendor selection
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role preferred (hospitality background is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency
- Detail-oriented and organized
3. Waiter / Waitress
Welcome and guide guests through the menu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide guests through the menu
- Take orders and liaise with kitchen staff
- Serve food/beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and attend to guest needs
Requirements:
- Prior F&B experience preferred (training offered to motivated candidates)
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Flexible with shifts and weekends
4. Front Office Coordinator
Be the face of Zylan and ensure smooth guest services at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in/check-out and reservations
- Handle calls and inquiries professionally
- Coordinate guest requests across departments
- Maintain front desk experience and accurate records
Requirements:
- Front office/guest service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, organized, and tech-savvy
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
5. Housekeeping Staff (Male / Female)
Maintain cleanliness and comfort throughout our guest spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms and replenish amenities
- Maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways
- Report maintenance issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred (training provided)
- Attention to detail and physical stamina
- Hardworking, helpful, and dependable
6. Utility Worker
Support kitchen operations and day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean common areas and dispose of waste
- Assist with moving equipment or furniture
- Report any maintenance issues

7. Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Plan and execute social media content and promotions
- Coordinate marketing campaigns for hotel and F&B
- Think creatively to engage audiences
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing or social media (multi-MBA background preferred)
- Creative, self-motivated, and well-organized
- Strong communication and content planning skills
8. Café Chef
Bring exciting culinary flavors to our all-day dining venue, Zylan Café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality dishes from a variety of international cuisines (Western, Thai, Fusion, etc.)
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize wastage
- Adhere to food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to design new seasonal dishes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role (bistro, café, or casual dining)
- Passion for culinary creativity and plating aesthetics
- Strong time management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, etc.)
9. Japanese Cuisine Chef
Deliver authentic Japanese flavors and uphold the high standards of Zylan Japanese Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Japanese dishes
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize wastage
- Adhere to food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to design new seasonal dishes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Japanese cuisine (bistro or casual dining)
- Skilled in knife work and traditional Japanese cooking techniques
- Attention to detail, speed, and precision
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
10. Barista
Craft exceptional coffee experiences in a serene garden café setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a range of hot and cold beverages including espresso, lattes, mocha, teas, and more
- Ensure the café equipment and maintain cleanliness of the bar
- Engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist with café operations as needed (e.g., serving food)
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista (especially coffee experience in a café)
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
