Academic Administrator (Remote)
Imperial Edutech is a leading professional and vocational training provider in the UK, with over a decade of experience delivering high-quality online, classroom, and live online courses to learners both nationally and internationally. We are dedicated to empowering individuals through education and are seeking a passionate, driven, and knowledgeable Academic Administrator to support the delivery and quality assurance of our diverse range of training programmes. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of our academic processes and maintaining our commitment to learner success.
Job Role:
- Managing academic-related communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating with awarding bodies on learner registration, assessment, and certification.
- Ensuring course delivery and assessment processes meet awarding body standards.
- Maintaining accurate learner records and documentation.
- Providing online academic support to learners and facilitating communication.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management preferred, or any relevant or equivalent qualifications.
- 3 years of administrative experience in an academic or training setting.
- Excellent English communication and ICT skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Status of the job:
- Work from Home
- You are required to work parallel to office hours in the UK and your regular working hours are 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM and during UK daylight saving time 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM on weekdays. We are off on weekends and UK bank holidays.
