ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are a well-established brand in the home appliance and consumer electronics sector, committed to delivering quality products and after-sales support. We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Instructor to lead internal training sessions for our service technicians across Sri Lanka.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily administrative operations within the Department
- Handle customer inquiries and direct service requests via phone and e-mail
- Maintain accurate records of service jobs, technician schedules, and customer feedback
- Prepare service reports, job sheets, and maintain filing systems (both digital and manual)
- Ensure timely communication between customers, technicians, and the service team
- Assist in preparing monthly reports using MS Excel
Who We’re Looking For
- School leavers and freshers are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to handle e-mail communication efficiently and professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
