ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are a well-established brand in the home appliance and consumer electronics sector, committed to delivering quality products and after-sales support. We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Instructor to lead internal training sessions for our service technicians across Sri Lanka.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations within the Department
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct service requests via phone and e-mail
  • Maintain accurate records of service jobs, technician schedules, and customer feedback
  • Prepare service reports, job sheets, and maintain filing systems (both digital and manual)
  • Ensure timely communication between customers, technicians, and the service team
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports using MS Excel

  • School leavers and freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
  • Ability to handle e-mail communication efficiently and professionally
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
