Chef De Partie - Cold Kitchen

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie – Cold Kitchen to oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality cold dishes including salads, charcuterie, canapés, and other cold starters. Working within a refined, hotel-style kitchen environment, you will ensure consistency, creativity, and exceptional standards at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present cold dishes of the highest standard.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety in accordance with accepted international standards.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in their daily operations.
  • Ensure “mise-en-place” is complete and the station is kept clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with the team to contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a cold kitchen & previous working experience in a star-class hotel would be a definite advantage.
  • Strong presentation skills with an eye for detail.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP).
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A diploma from a hotel school would be a definite advantage.
